Our office is located at 3633 West Lake Avenue in Glenview. West Lake Avenue is a different street than Lake Avenue (or East Lake Avenue). West Lake is located one block north of Lake Avenue. Our office is just east of Pfingsten Road. It is the four story red brick medical building.

From the North: Take any cross street (Lake Cook, Dundee or Willow) to Pfingsten; Pfingsten South, two traffic lights past Willow Road and turn left at West Lake.

From the South: Take any major thoroughfare to Lake Avenue (Edens Expressway, Skokie Blvd., Waukegan Road or Greenwood) Follow Lake Avenue West to Pfingsten; turn right on Pfingsten and then right on West Lake.

From the West: Take Willow Rd. or Lake Ave. (Euclid) to Pfingsten. From Lake Avenue turn left on Pfingsten. From Willow Rd. turn right on Pfingsten. West Lake Avenue is located north of Lake Avenue and South of Willow Rd.

From the Tri-State tollway (294): Exit at Willow Road East; turn right at Pfingsten; continue two stop lights to Westlake; turn left at West Lake.
